- In addition to Internet services, iGo also offers telephone services to its Internet customers!
That’s right, voice over Internet services are available.
The residential price is $19.95+(taxes and fees) per month for long distance (up-to 2000 minutes) service and standard features including call waiting, call forwarding and three-way calling.* The price will be added to your Internet service package if you choose to sign up for telephone service. Installation fees as a one-time cost are as follows:
Standard Activation: Involves iGo representative assisting you over the phone to connect your device to your iGo-provided wireless router. A one-time activation fee of $45 applies.
Non-Standard Activation: Involves a technician coming to your house. This could mean one of two things:
1 - To simply connect your device/phone to your iGo provided wireless router. A one-time activation fee of $45.00 applies as well as $65.00 per hour for the technician coming on site.
2 - To activate multiple jacks that are already present in your home. This will require running an extra cable from your iGo-provided wireless router to the outside existing telephone wiring center (usually a gray box). A one-time activation fee of $45.00 applies as well as $65.00 per hour for the technician coming on site.
Special Activation: Customer requests technician to install a new telephone jack in the home. This will require drilling a hole in the interior wall of the home and running a cable from the new telephone jack to the outside writing center (usually a gray box). A one-time activation fee of $45.00 applies as well as $85.00 per wall jack.

*E-911 Service Warning
Due to variables including power outages, broadband outages, etc., E-911 service may not be available from the phone you utilize with your Internet telephone system. PLEASE UNDERSTAND YOUR PHONE WILL NOT WORK IF ALERT IS INDICATED OR IF A POWER OUTAGE OCCURS.
Wireless Customers Only - You should immediately notify us if you use your Analog Telephone Adapter (ATA) device from an address other than the address you register with us at the time the services are purchased. If you use your ATA from a location other than the address on file with us, emergency response personnel will NOT be able to locate you in the event of an emergency.
