​Customer Portal and Billing Info

iGo Customer - We want to make you aware of our Customer Portal login. You can log into your account and make payments using your credit card or checking account. To get started, just call the office and give us a username and password that you want to use to log into your account. This will save you time and postage each month and also help when service is restricted for non-payment on a weekend or after office hours. You can make a payment anytime.

Paperless Billing

iGo offers the option of e-mailing monthly invoices instead of paper invoices. You will have the same options to pay each month, you can call a payment by phone, mail a check or money order, or log into the customer portal to make a payment. For this option, we need you to give us a username and password (one that you make up). Please contact us if you would like to take advantage of this option so we can set up the login to the customer portal for you. 

To help us keep you informed on any system updates or scheduled maintenance to our equipment, please give us a valid email address so that we can provide you with this information. This address will be used only for this purpose. You can include it with your payment, call us at (276) 935-8307 or send an email to info@igoTechnology.com.

Outage Credit Policy 

We would like to remind our customers of our longstanding credit policy. iGo will issue credit for a customer internet outage lasting more than 24 hours and the problem is with our equipment. The 24-hour period starts when the customer calls our office and a trouble ticket is created or a detailed message of the outage is left on our answering machine.
